AN ACT relating to community college boards of directors.
     Amend KRS 164.005 to require the Governor's Postsecondary Education Nominating Committee to submit 3 nominees to the Governor for consideration in the appointment of members to the board of directors of each community college under the Kentucky Community and Technical College System; amend KRS 164.005 to conform.
