AN ACT relating to fire protection and emergency medical services.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 95 to allow a city to contract with privately-owned EMS and fire department services only after a public referendum according to KRS 83A.120; create a new section of KRS Chapter 67A to allow an urban-county government to contract with privately-owned EMS and fire department services only after a public referendum according to KRS 834.120.
