AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 131.020 to establish the Office of Financial and Administrative Services, the Department of Law, The Department of Property Valuation, the Department of Tax Administration, and the Department of Information Technology, and to abolish the Office of General Counsel, the Department of Property Taxation, the Department of Compliance and Taxpayer Assistance, and the Department of Administrative Services; amend KRS 12.020 to conform, provide that the General Assembly confirms Executive Order 97-715 to the extent not already confirmed.
