AN ACT relating to disregarding the orders of officers.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 520 to increase the penalty for resisting law enforcement orders to stop a motor vehicle; create penalties for resisting orders to stop non-motor vehicles and resisting orders to stop as a pedestrian; amend KRS 189.393 to conform.

HCS/CI - Delete provisions on fleeing in a vehicle other than a motor vehicle; reduce penalties by one degree for fleeing in a motor vehicle or fleeing as a pedestrian; add crime of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
