AN ACT relating to the board of directors for a community college.
Amend KRS 164.600 to prohibit any citizen member of the board of directors for a community college to be a relative of an employee of the community college.
HB 511 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend KRS 164.600 to prohibit any citizen member of the board of directors for a community college to be a relative of an employee of the community college, except allow a person who is on a board of directors at the effective date of this Act who has a relative employed at the community college for less than three years to serve out the term but prohibit a reappointment and permit a person who has a relative employed in the community college for three or more years to be appointed or reappointed.
SCA (1, E. Harris) - Delete the benchmark of three-year employment for relative of board member to determine eligibility for reappointment of board member.
