AN ACT relating to students.
     Amend KRS 160.700 to define a "parent's designee" as a person or persons voluntarily designated by the parent to receive copies of all written information sent to the parent from the educational institution and may be designated to receive verbal communication when the parent cannot be contacted; amend KRS 160.710, 160.715, 160.720, 160.730 to conform.
