Amend KRS 154.29-010 to allow lodging facilities exceeding 50% of the total approved cost if they incorporate a historic structure of 100,000 square feet and meet historic properties criteria.
 HB 521 - AMENDMENTS HCS - Remove the requirement that the incorporated historic structure must be at least 100,000 square feet in size.
 HFA (1, R. Crimm) - Delete provisions regarding rehabilitation of lodging facilities that exceed 50% of the approved cost if they incorporate a historic structure and meet histroic properties criteria, and insert provisions that lodging facilities must be involved in the rehabilitation or restoration of a structure listed in the National Historic Register, located in a National Historic District, or certified by the Kentucky Heritage Council.
 SCS - Restore language exempting lodging facilities as a tourist attraction unless the facilities constitute a portion of a tourism attraction project and represent less than 50% of the total approved cost of the project; also include facilities meeting historic properties criteria.
