AN ACT proposing an amendment to Sections 30 and 31 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to elections of the General Assembly.
Propose to amend Sections 30 and 31 of the Kentucky Constitution to increase the terms of Representatives from two to four years and the terms of Senators from four to six years; stagger the elections for the increased terms so that one-half of the House and one-third of the Senate is elected every two years; provide transitional schedule; and submit to the voters.
