AN ACT relating to the relocation of cities in counties with cities of the first class.
     Amend KRS 81.380 to allow cities in counties with cities of the first class to extend their boundaries to the proposed new city site to allow for extension of services and powers until 90% of the land of the old city site is acquired by public project.
