AN ACT relating to public purchasing.
Amend KRS 45A.470 to expressly grant second preference in state or local governmental purchases of services and commodities after June 30, 2000 to Kentucky Industries for the Blind, Inc., or any other nonprofit corporation with which the Department for the Blind contracts to further the purposes of vocational education and rehabilitation.
