AN ACT relating to liability insurance for members of the Kentucky National Guard.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 38 to authorize the Adjutant General to purchase liability insurance for Kentucky National Guard members called to state active duty.
HB 539 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain the original provisions and clarify that liability insurance may be purchased for National Guard members who are not otherwise covered by existing state government programs that provide medical coverage or protection.
