AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
Amend KRS 367.841, regarding definitions for Kentucky's Lemon Law, to replace "conversion vans" with "vehicles substantially altered after their initial sale" in the list of vehicles excluded from the definition of a motor vehicle.
HB 542 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Damron) - Retain the original provisions of the bill and amend the definitions of "buyer" and "new motor vehicle" to include new leased motor vehicles under the provisions of Kentucky's "Lemon Law."
HCA (1, H. Collins) - Amend to include "new conversion van manufacturers" in the definition of "manufacturer" under Kentucky's Lemon Law.
