AN ACT relating to construction.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 45A to require public authorities issuing invitations to bid, requests for proposals, or other solicitations, for construction projects, to require persons responding to invitations to bid, requests for proposals, or other solicitations, to identify all subcontractors and the amount of each of their bids used in formulating the overall bid proposal, request for proposal or other solicitation.
