AN ACT relating to definitions for statutory construction.
Amend KRS 446.010(24) to include investigators for the Registry of Election Finance in the definition of "peace officer."
HB 569 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, A. Arnold) - Delete original provisions; amend KRS 121.120 to permit the Registry of Election Finance to appoint and train investigators; grant investigators powers of peace officers while engaged in their duties as employees of the Registry.
HFA (2, A. Arnold) - Make title amendment.
