AN ACT relating to Social Security coverage of public employees.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 61, relating to Social Security coverage of public employees, to update references to federal laws and administering officers; update references to state institutions of higher education; delete requirement that political subdivisions' plans for coverage authorize the state to terminate a plan for noncompliance with plan provisions; delete authorization for political subdivisions to exclude paid sick leave from covered wages under a state-approved plan or system.
