AN ACT relating to surface mining permit renewal.
     Amend KRS 350.060 relating to surface mining permits, in cases where a permit has expired and the operator has unintentionally failed to file his application for permit renewal, to require the cabinet to issue a notice of noncompliance; allow an extension of time for renewal.
