AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 436 to create the crime of public indecency as a Class A misdemeanor.
HB 595 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, L. Brandstetter) - Delete reference to the fondling of genitals, remove provision relating to employer liability, and clarify that this bill does not affect the ability of local governments to regulate or license public places and activities therein.
