AN ACT relating to executive branch ethics.
     Amend KRS 11A.020 and 11A.040 relating to the legislative branch ethics code to create exceptions to the code which would permit Professional Golfers' Association golf pros to teach golf lessons on their own time at state park golf courses; require the Department of Parks to promulgate administrative regulations to establish guidelines for approval of golf instructors.
