AN ACT relating to automatic teller machines.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 287 to define terms and to prohibit banks from imposing an electronic terminal surcharge; create new sections of KRS Chapter 289 to define terms and to prohibit savings and loan associations from imposing an electronic terminal surcharge; and create new sections of KRS Chapter 290 to define terms and to prohibit credit unions from imposing an electronic terminal surcharge.
