AN ACT relating to the financing of water systems.
Amend KRS 151.118 to extend the date for the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet to endorse projects for counties and municipalities that do not have an approved water supply plan.
HB 640 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill except mandate the extension of the financial assistance of the cabinet until July 15, 1999; provide that effective July 15, 1999, the full cost of water supply plan development will be the responsibility of any county and its municipalities and public water systems without an approved plan by the cabinet.
