HB 65/FN/LM (BR 826) - P. Clark, D. Horlander

     AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 68.180, 68.197, 91.200, 92.281, 92.300, 160.483, and 160.605 to prohibit the imposition of a license fee or occupational tax against income received by precinct workers for election training or work at election booths; amend KRS 141.010 to exclude income earned by precinct workers for election training or working at election booths from gross income for income tax purposes; provide that the provisions of the Act apply for tax years beginning after December 31, 1997.
