AN ACT relating to the regulation of entities.
     Amend KRS 199.011 to include state operated facilities in the definition of child-caring facility; amend KRS 199.640 to establish guidelines for the promulgation of regulations relating to the licensing of child-placing and child-caring agencies; amend KRS 199.670 to establish an informal dispute resolution process for deficiencies contested by child-placing or child-caring agencies; amend KRS 216B.042 to require the cabinet to develop an informal dispute resolution process for health facilities and health services; establish areas of jurisdiction if the Cabinet for Human Resources reorganization is confirmed by the General Assembly.
