AN ACT relating to hunting and fishing licenses.
Create and amend sections of KRS Chapter 150 to establish a senior/disabled hunting and fishing license and delete certain exemptions from obtaining a hunting and fishing license based upon age or disability; delay the effective date of the Act to March 1, 1999.
HB 654 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, H. Anderson) - Provide that any person purchasing a license or permit shall be entitled to an income tax credit equal to the fee charged for the license or permit.
