AN ACT relating to farm safety.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 247 to require the Department of Agriculture to allocate grants of $1000, if funding is available, to eligible county organizations to assist the organizations in implementing a farm safety program; require a county organization to be incorporated as nonprofit, and require the organization to submit a business plan to the department; require an approved organization to report annually to the department; APPROPRIATE $120,000.
