     AN ACT relating to school attendance.
     Amend KRS 157.320 to delete the five worst attendance days from the calculation of average daily attendance for the purpose of providing funds to local school districts.

     SCA (1, L. Casebier) - Delete provision in KRS 158.070 permitting the chief state school officer to exempt a school or a school district from application of administrative regulations on school terms when dire circumstances require.
     SFA (2, T. Shaughnessy) - Delete section 2 relating to the school term.
