AN ACT relating to annual permits.
     Amend KRS 189.2717, relating to annual overweight permits for transporting nondivisible loads over specific routes, to provide that a single axle less than 42 inches apart shall also be the steering axle with one wheel on each side of the axle and to establish an annual permit for dual axles that are not more than 20,000 pounds each.
