AN ACT relating to the practice of pharmacy.
     Amend KRS 315.020 to allow pharmacists to refuse to perform or omit the performance of any act if the pharmacist objects because of professional duty or moral, ethical or religious grounds; amend KRS 315.121 to prohibit claims of damage or any disciplinary, recriminatory or discriminatory action against a pharmacist with a claim of conscience.
