AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Unified Juvenile Code.
     Amend KRS 640.040 relating to capital offense sentencing for juveniles to increase age from 16 to 18 years of age, the age at which one cannot be executed; provide for life without parole for 25 years in lieu of capital punishment for child 16 to 18; provide that child under 16 cannot be sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole for 25 years.
