AN ACT relating to the Public Service Commission.
Amend KRS 278.023 to specify that limitations to Public Service Commission oversight of water construction projects apply to all agreements between any grantee and federal or state agency administering federal funds through arrangements with the U.S. Department of Agriculture or Department of Housing and Urban Development; limit review of the application by the Public Service Commission to 30 days without regard to requests for additional data.
