AN ACT relating to repayment of educational loans for primary health care professionals.
     Amend KRS211.165 to define "primary health care professionals"; expand the cabinet for Human Resources loan repayment program for primary health care professionals to those agreeing to serve in medically underserved areas in addition to federally designated health professional shortage areas; allow the cabinet to receive private donations and grant funds for the program.
