AN ACT relating to reconstruction of the female breast after cancer.
     Create various subtitles of KRS Chapter 304 to require specified insurers providing coverage for surgical services for a mastectomy to also provide coverage for reconstructive breast surgery resulting from a mastectomy which resulted from breast cancer.
