AN ACT relating to charter buses.
     Amend KRS 138.470 and 139.480 to exempt motor coaches operating under a charter bus certificate as defined in KRS 281.637 from use taxes; exempt repair and replacement parts and supplies, required to operate and maintain vehicles.
