AN ACT relating to consent decrees.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 454 to specify actions to be taken by a state agency which may enter into a consent decree as a result of a legal action; exempt consent decrees under $500,000 and consent decrees that do not obligate the state or create liability for the state.
