AN ACT relating to the management of school districts.
     Amend KRS 156.132 to require an appeal of a final order of removal by the Kentucky Board of Education be brought in accordance with KRS Chapter 13 and KRS 452.430 and provide that a final order not be stayed or enjoined except when the order lacks a reasonable basis; amend KRS 158.785 to remove time limit of three consecutive years the Department of Education can provide assistance to state managed district; amend KRS 160.190 to provide that appointee to vacancy on the board of education shall serve until the end of the term.
