AN ACT relating to cellular radio telecommunications facilities.
     Amend KRS 100.324 to require that utilities in cities of the second class shall submit proposals for cellular or personal communications service antenna towers to the local planning and zoning commission before they apply to the Public Service Commission for approval as is currently required in a county containing a city of the first class; amend KRS 278.650 to conform.
