AN ACT relating to parole.
Amend KRS 439.320 relating to membership on the parole board to include ten new part-time members who have the same qualifications as full time board members and who can hear and determine parole decisions; amend KRS 439.340 relating to parole to permit victims in Class D felonies to submit comments in person or in writing to the parole board and specify that when a closed hearing is requested that the time, date, and location not be published.
