AN ACT relating to license plates.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to establish special license plates for the Kentucky Horse Council; establish initial fee of $10 and renewal fee of $5 to be paid to the Council for promoting development and awareness.
HB 740 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/LM - Retain provisions of the original bill, with the following change: delete reference that county clerk is to remit receipts from special horse council license plate on a quarterly basis, and insert in lieu thereof that the clerk is to remit on a weekly basis, as required by KRS 186.230.
