AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 21.405 relating to judicial retirement, to provide for an annual cost of living allowance not to exceed five percent.

HCS/AA - Delay effective date from July 1, 1998, to August 1, 1998.
HFA (1, J. Gray) - Amend KRS 6.521 to require that a person receiving a monthly pension benefit from the Legislators' Retirement Plan shall receive a cost of living allowance.
HFA (2, J. Gray) - Make title amendment.
SFA (1, G. Johnson) - WITHDRAWN.
