AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 510.050 to add a person who is incapacitated mentally into the definition of rape in the second degree; amend KRS 510.080 to add a person who is incapacitated mentally into the definition of sodomy in the second degree; and amend KRS 510.110 to add a person who is incapacitated mentally into the definition of sexual abuse.
