AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
Require that review of the ordinances established by the governing body of a city of the second class with a limited sale precinct be limited to a determination as to whether the ordinances exceed the sale and distribution limits established by statute or administrative regulation; permit the governing body that limits the number of package and drink licenses per precinct to three and four licenses respectively, to do so without government review.
HB 757 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions except delete language permitting the governing body of a city to establish regulations covering the distribution of alcoholic beverages and limiting board review to whether the distribution limits have been exceeded; add new section of KRS 242 to permit a precinct located in wet territory that is a third class city to hold an election for prohibition.
