AN ACT proposing to create new Section 234a of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to term limitations for elected public officers.
     Propose to create new Section 234a of the Kentucky Constitution to impose a twelve year limit on service by an elected public officer for the same office; apply the term limitation to years of service beginning after December 31, 1998; and submit to the voters.
