AN ACT relating to the construction of school bus turnaround areas on public roads.
     Amend KRS 178.290, relating to the construction of school bus turnarounds on public roads, to require a fiscal court to construct a turnaround if requested in writing to do so by the local school board; require the fiscal court to purchase the property for the turnaround, or an easement for the turnaround, either through a voluntary agreement with the property owner or through condemnation proceedings.
