AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
Amend KRS 139.100 to clarify the definition of intrastate telegraphic and telephonic communications and services for retail sales tax purposes; provide that provisions of Act are intended to clarify and confirm the existing terms of KRS 139.100.
