AN ACT relating to the Kentucky lottery.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154A to permit the assignment of lottery prizes if made under an order of District Court, and if certain conditions relating to disclosure are met.
HB 768 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill except increase the assigning winner's length of time in which to cancel the contract to thirty (30) business days from which the contract was signed; include spousal consent, or clarification that the prize winner can assign the prize without spousal consent, among the conditions attested to in the sworn affidavit provided by the assignor.
