AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 61 to provide that for employees hired after August, 1, 1998, the Kentucky Retirement Systems monthly contribution for a person's hospital and medical insurance upon retirement of that person shall be a percentage, based on years of service, of a statutorialy established amount which is based on the age of the retiring person.
