AN ACT relating to adult education and literacy.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 151 and sections of KRS Chapter 156 to move the governance of adult education and literacy to the Kentucky Department of Education and the Kentucky Board of Education; remove certified adult education employees from the personnel system from KRS 151B to KRS 18A as employees of the Department of Education; change name of the State Board of Adult and Technical Education to State Board for Technical Education and remove powers relating to adult education; and make technical changes and amend other statutes to conform
