     AN ACT relating to the establishment of the chief information officer for the executive branch of the Commonwealth.
     Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 61 to establish the position of Chief Information Officer for the Commonwealth, appointed by the Governor; require the officer to serve in the Governor's executive cabinet and report to the secretary of the Governor's Executive Cabinet; establish duties, roles, and powers; establish the Office of the Chief Information Officer and attach for administrative purposes to the Office of the Governor; establish its duties and authority; authorize the office to promulgate necessary administrative regulations; amend various sections to conform.
