AN ACT relating to judicial retirement.
     Amend KRS 21.400 to permit a judicial retirement plan member who retires with twenty (20) years of service in the plan, or who retires with 19 years of service in the plan and one (1) year of federal government service purchased under KRS 21.370(4), commencing at age 65, to receive an allowance equal to five percent (5%) of his final compensation multiplied by his years of service.
