AN ACT relating to civil actions.
Amend KRS 413.140 to require that in a personal injury action the cause of action against a third party defendant shall accrue at the time of joinder as a third party defendant.
HB 796 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Require that for all actions listed in KRS 413.140 a plaintiff's cause of action against a third party defendant accrues at the time of joinder as a third party defendant.
SFA (1, G. Johnson) - Amend KRS 44.072 and 44.073 relating to claims against the state to provide for waiving of sovereign immunity to the extent that the state has purchased liability insurance or maintains self-insurance.
