AN ACT relating to state employees.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to require appointing authorities to establish, by administrative regulation, policies and procedures for progressive discipline of employees with status in the classified service; require Personnel Board approval of appointing authorities' policies and procedures; amend KRS 18A. 0751 to direct the Personnel Board to promulgate administrative regulations governing a system of progressive discipline.
